This elegant Senneh kilim from western Persia uses an all-over “Herati” design of foliage incorporated into an over-all lattice. Detailing is fine and precise, and accents of middle blue and reds provide for a pleasing contrast against the khaki green ground. The piece is framed by a thin network of floral borders.
